Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic / International Shipping Rates & Estimates

We provide free shipping on all CAN / USA orders. ​This includes Canada Post non tracked with a delivery time of of 3 - 10 business days.

Tracked CAN/US shipping: $7.00. Includes Canada Post tracked shipment with a delivery time of 2 - 5 business days 

International Shipping: $10.00. Incudes Canada Post Tracked shipment with a delivery time of 3 - 10 business days. 

In-store Pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am- 6 pm from Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connect@corailblanc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Our favorite things are happy clients! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Corail Blanc, we will accept full priced returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the item.  It is the customers responsibility to pay all return shipping cost. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. We will not accept loose jewelry in envelopes, bubble envelopes ect.  All return and exchange enquiries must be submitted via email within 10 days of the item arriving .  Please contact connect@corailblanc.com.
